Marshfield Medical Center - Minocqua is seeking a BC/BE Anesthesiologist to join its team in the Northwoods of Wisconsin. The right candidate will enjoy a busy practice as part of the anesthesia team in providing medical direction to CRNAs and self-performed services in a beautiful facility. Regional anesthesia cases working with Urology, ENT, Gynecology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Podiatry, and more. About 4,000 surgeries per year.

Marshfield Clinic can support a variety of visas including J1 waivers (location dependent) and H1Bs (cap exempt organization).

Compensation and Benefits

• Annual compensation of at least $530k (varies by practice) if you complete the required number of shifts for 1.0 FTE

• In addition, up to $150k retention incentive if you remain a 1.0 FTE for 5 years (this will be subject to a contractual agreement, specifying all details).

• 2 weeks on, 2 weeks off schedule. 182 working days per year

• CME annual allowance

• Relocation support
