Mercy Hospital is seeking a CRNA to join our team in Springfield, Missouri! We need additional CRNAs to meet the growing volumes of cases and exciting and rapid growth in the hospital across all procedure service lines.

This is an opportunity to practice under a medical supervision model and part of a team of 70+ CRNAs and 22 anesthesiologists. We are focused on providing an exceptional experience for our patients and physicians!

Mercy Hospital - Springfield, Missouri

• 800+ bed hospital, level I trauma center, tertiary care and referral center for 1.5+M people
• 72 CRNAs and 23 anesthesiologists
• Ability for cases at main hospital OR, outpatient surgery center, orthopedic hospital, eye center, endoscopy and interventional pulmonology, OB
• Very supportive medical staff - friendly and fun surgeons, experienced CRNAs, supportive leadership and administration
• Supportive partners for difficult cases
• Strong mentorship program for new graduates
• System-wide Epic EMR

 This Position Offers

• 40-45-hour workweek - 8- and 10-hour blocks
• 29 days of paid time off plus additional sick bank and one week for CME time off
• $50,000 commencement bonus
