Summary:
The Director of Rehabilitation Services is responsible for the overall direction of Rehabilitation Services for CHRISTUS Spohn Health System - Shoreline. This position is accountable for all aspects of planning, development, marketing and management of financial operations and personnel resources for rehabilitation services. The Director ensures the delivery of quality patient care, and implements processes, and development programs. This position is also responsible for the coordination, collaboration and communication of all aspects of CHRISTUS Spohn Shoreline Hospital.
CHRISTUS Spohn Hospital Corpus Christi-Shoreline overlooking Corpus Christi Bay is the largest and foremost acute care medical facility in the region, with a full range of diagnostic and surgical specialty services in cardiac, cancer and stroke care. It is the leading emergency facility in the area and the only Level II Trauma Center in the Coastal Bend, staffed with physicians and nurses specially trained in emergency services.
The Pavilion and the Critical Care Center house a state-of-the-art Emergency Department, ICU, Cardiac Cath Lab and surgical suites.

Requirements:
Minimum of Bachelor's Degree degree in Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Nursing, Healthcare related field OR a Master's Degree in Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, Speech Pathology or Rehabilitation Nursing or Healthcare Related field.
The individual's background and experience must display significant experience in health care.
Licensed in the area of the individual's clinical expertise, as appropriate.
