You Will Be Responsible For:
Assists Director with administrative duties
Provides Service Recovery for front facing Patient Experience
Monitor workflow of patients with continuous review of patient wait times.
Escalates unresolved challenges to next-level leadership in a timely manner, as needed, and ensures prompt and appropriate resolution.
Strong emphasis on providing a welcoming environment for patients and clients coming to Inspiration Place
Actively provides outstanding customer service and accepts responsibility in maintaining relationships that are equally respectful to all
Supervises daily operations including opening and closing of spa
Checks spa clients in and out
Assists in developing monthly spa reports
What You Will Need:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
High school diploma
One year of customer service, sales, or marketing experience

Inspiration Place Patient Experience Liaison, under the direction of the Director, will be responsible for assisting in the daily operations of Inspiration Place including welcoming and checking in clients for all the services provided in IP, specific focus on delivering excellent customer service ensuring the highest level of patient satisfaction. Responsibilities includes oversight of Inspiring Women program including managing yearly memberships, strategizing to promote Inspiring Women with community businesses and soliciting memberships through community events. Patient Experience Liaison will monitor imaging Powershare process as well as training and coordinating the volunteers’ schedules. Must be focused and positive and can lead and motivate staff to achieve goals and exceed guest expectations. Scheduling facility management, maintenance and IT tickets to resolve facilities issues.
