Multidisciplinary intensivist group seeking enthusiastic, energetic board certified or board eligible critical care physician in beautiful Ventura.  We are a state of the art hospital, 200 bed, level II trauma center, located midway between Malibu and Santa Barbara.  Ventura is one of the last affordable, oceanside living in coastal California.  We are a 12 bed mixed ICU with a multidisciplinary team including pharmacy, respiratory therapists,, nutrition, and physical therapy.  Family medicine and surgery residents rotate through the ICU, nights and days.  10 hour shifts, 7 days on, 2 night calls (home call) per week on.
